How does one become a master of life?
Life is not traditionally considered a skill, so how does one master an experience, something that happens around them?
The answer Stoic philosophers provide sounds simpler than the question. To master life, master how you view it. Your life is shaped by your perception, your perception by your mind, your mind by your perspective. That is to say, while Life may happen around you, your life starts within your mind.
That's nice and all, but how do we do that...?
There's no snippet of code we can all patch into our brains and there's no amount of bicep curls that can make us strong enough to control them. The only way to it is through it. For those who haven't yet or don't wish to, don't forget to love and help yourself for now.
No matter which group you find yourself in, it always helps to grow your perspective, and to do this, it is essential to continue learning.
And that's what we'll do together on this site.
